The Friedrich VHA12K models operate on 208/230 volts, providing 11,000 BTUs of cooling and 10,400 BTUs of heating from the heat pump. All models meet new AHRI standards, with SEER2, EER2, and HSPF2 ratings for efficiency. The new Friedrich VHA12K**RTQ models feature 10.6 EER2, 11.9 SEER2, and 6.3 HSPF2 ratings.
