American Standard D-100-199-AS Heavy Duty Low NOx 100 Gallon - 199,900 BTU Commercial Hot Water Heater - Natural Gas

American Standard Water Heaters offer high quality water heaters for your commercial needs! With 100 gallon capacity, this commercial hot water heater is Energy Star Qualified and has a 80% Thermal Efficiency Rating. Each model in the Heavy Duty, Low NOx line is manufactured with a heavy gauge steel tank and lined with Duraglas for optimum protection against corrosion. They are further insulated with 2" thick, environmentally friendly insulation foam. These water heaters are equipped with 4 magnesium anode rods to help prolong the life of the tank.

 

The American Standard D-100-199-AS offers a 100 gallon nominal capacity storage tank and up to 199,900 BTUs input. This commercial hot water heater can be installed in tandem with up to 3 additional hot water heaters (4 total, in parallel manifold using top connect only). Please refer to the installation manual for vent layout specifications.

 

Standard features also include a full size hand-hole cleanout for easy tank inspection and removal of sediment deposits, as well as a full flow brass drain valve for easy and quick drainage. The temperature and pressure (T&P) relief valve is factory installed. All tanks are hydrostatically tested and certified at 300 PSI test pressure and 150 PSI working pressure. An electronic direct spark ignition system eliminates a standing pilot. The automatic gas thermostat is adjustable up to 180°F when installed with a mixing valve, can deliver 180°F sanitizing and 140°F general purpose hot water at the same time! The Heavy Duty Water Heater also includes an outer hinged combustion chamber door and sliding inner door that isolates the burner and pilot area. This commercial hot water heater also includes 1-1/2" top,  and 2" front and rear connections for ease of installation if replacing different models. The inclusion of an Automatic Motorized Flue Damper reduces operating costs during standby periods.
