The Daikin Oterra Series boasts R-32 low-GWP refrigerant. R32 is up to 12% more efficient than R410A, resulting in lower Global Warming Potential (GWP). No noisy compressor or large ductwork with a Daikin mini split system - only an easily concealed outdoor unit connected to a wall mounted indoor via a pair of copper piping lines to cool your room or zone. These lines are threaded through a small three-inch opening in the wall or ceiling. Total Home Supply will handle all warranty parts requests for any mini split purchased from us, but installation and all troubleshooting for this unit must be performed by a licensed HVAC technician.
