The Daikin Oterra Series boasts R-32 low-GWP refrigerant. R32 is up to 12% more efficient than R410A, resulting in lower Global Warming Potential (GWP). The lower the GWP, the better for the environment. The Daikin Oterra Series offers a streamlined design, quiet operation and an inverter "variable speed" compressor. An inverter compressor runs continuously, adjusting its speed to meet the demands in your space. Its energy saving technology avoids the full shut down of a standard compressor, resulting in up to a 30% savings in energy costs.
One of the newest features with this system is the SIGNA flareless adapters. The flareless adapters are included with the outdoor unit and they eliminated the need to flare your lines when connecting the line sets. This allows you to cut the line set, connect and tighten for a quick installation.
No noisy compressor or large ductwork with a Daikin mini split system - only an easily concealed outdoor unit connected to a wall mounted indoor via a pair of copper piping lines to cool your room or zone. These lines are threaded through a small three-inch opening in the wall or ceiling. The modern, wall-mounted indoor units and compact outdoor units blend in discreetly with any home design and run quietly, too. Whether you're enhancing a single room or adding on an entire wing, the system's space-saving, modular design is ideal for set-apart areas like a garage office or nursery.

Total Home Supply will handle all warranty parts requests for any mini split purchased from us, but installation and all troubleshooting for this unit must be performed by a licensed HVAC technician.
