The 4" round vent pipe is used for many B vent exhaust applications. It can be used with natural gas or liquid propane, Category 1 appliances.
 
This vent pipe is a 4 inch round / 6 inch long rigid pipe. Additional lengths can be added for longer lengths. It can not be cut for shorter lengths.
 
Some appliances that use Type B Gas Vent Systems include:
  • Furnaces
  • Water Heaters
  • Boilers
  • Room Heaters
  • Decorative Gas Appliances
  • Unit Heaters
To calculate installed length, subtract 1 1/2" from each connection of vent. A 1" clearance to combustible materials must be maintained. To calculate Outer Dimension (OD) add 5/8".
