As efficient in cooling as any other Friedrich product, this ZoneAire compact air conditioner provides three distinct functions in one convenient, portable unit: air conditioning, dehumidification, and heat. This unit is ideal for use anywhere you need quick, convenient comfort control, including but not limited to garages, dorm rooms, workshops, home offices, attics, basements. It is great to keep on hand for quick solves for cooling gaps almost anywhere in your space. This unit is perfect for medium sized spaces, up to about 550 sq. ft. All models include a remote control and an installation kit with window slider for outdoor venting.
The ZCP12SB has a single snap-in hose which can be extended up to 4.92' and should be vented to the outside through a window or wall opening. The window kit length is 47.24".
The ZCP12SB features 12,000 BTU cooling capacity. Its three modes (air, fan and dehumidifier) help to keep your space in a comfortable zone. This unit also includes built-in WiFi for on the go control through the FriedrichGo app. It also works with Amazon Alexis and Google Home. With built-in WiFi, you can easily set your preferences for cooling as well as change from virtually anywhere so no matter when you can walk in the door, your space is ready for you!
Other features of this portable air conditioner unit include a 3 speed fan with Auto setting, auto restart after a power outage, and a washable anti-microbial air filter for easy maintenance and clean air. This unit also has a sleep control function that increases the temperature by 2° every 4 hours for comfort while you sleep.
The compact, portable air conditioner plugs into standard 115-volt HH outlet with a 5ft long power cord. It includes easy-roll casters for portability. A gravity drain hose is also included for continuous draining while the unit is in dehumidifying mode.
The unit measures 15" x 33.3" x 17" (w x h x d) so storage should be easy, when not in use.
