This 4-in-1 portable air conditioner gives you all the power and functionality of a Friedrich Window unit in a portable package, plus dehumidification and fan, PLUS a Heat Pump The ZHP14DC is a perfect solution for spot-cooling and it can be moved to another room easily if needed. It features snap-in hoses for easy use. As with all portable AC units, the ZHV16DA must be vented through a window, wall or sliding glass door. This 16,000 BTU unit is an excellent solution for a room that is about 800 sq. ft.
The ZHV16DA features Friedrich's Precision Inverter for precise and efficient comfort control. Friedrich's Precision Inverter features a variable speed compressor to deliver the precise comfort level you want. It has 16,000 BTU cooling capacity with added 9,000 BTU Heat Pump. Its three modes (air, fan and dehumidifier) help to keep your space in a comfortable zone, while the 4th mode delivers heat! This unit also includes built-in WiFi for on the go control through the ConnectPro app. It also works with voice command with Amazon Alexis and Google Home. With built-in WiFi, you can easily set your preferences for cooling as well as change from virtually anywhere so no matter when you can walk in the door, your space is ready for you!
Other features of this portable air conditioner unit include a 3 speed fan with Auto setting, auto restart after a power outage, and a washable anti-microbial air filter for easy maintenance and clean air. This unit also has a sleep control function that increases the temperature by 2° every 4 hours for comfort while you sleep. The unit includes condensate overflow protection which will shut the unit off to prevent overflow if the tank becomes full. Its dual hose exhaust snaps in and can be extended up to 4.9' and should be vented to the outside through a window or wall opening. The window kit length is 47.24".
The portable air conditioner plugs into standard 115-volt HH outlet with a 5.9 ft long power cord. It includes easy-roll casters for portability. The unit measures 15.0" x 33.3" x 17" (w x h x d) so storage should be easy, when not in use.
