The AHTT08BC features 8,300 BTUs of cool air, and is packed with features for such a compact unit. It is perfect for your medium sized room, up to about 350 sq. ft. It is an energy efficient unit and has an 11.4 CEER. It includes convenient, easy to use features such as a 24 hour on/off timer. In addition to being equipped with WiFi, you also have the option to set your unit to turn on before you arrive home. By using the on/off timer, your space is cool and welcoming when you walk in the door and there is no need to blast the air conditioner, ultimately saving energy. Additional features include an electronic thermostat and a remote control. It is energy efficient and economically sound. This compact air conditioner unit has 3 cooling and 3 fan speeds and offers ECO mode, filter reminder and touch screen controls with an auto dimming LED display, which dims after one minute of inactivity.
Additionally, the GE AHTT08BC uses the more environmentally friendly R32 refrigerant. R32 systems typically use less refrigerant than R410A systems, making them more efficient and less costly to operate.
It is offered in a white finish for a clean look in any double hung window. It uses a standard household 115V outlet for your convenience.
