The GE GE20P08BAR Point Of Use Electric Water Heater is the perfect solution to many of your hot water headaches. While this is considered a point of use hot water heater it is a bit larger and probably will not install under a sink! It can provide hot water to a single hookup, or to a small house, condo, or apartment. This mini-tank is also ideal for laundry rooms, workshops, cabins and RVs. It will connect to any standard 120 volt electrical outlet and includes a 6' cord. The GE20P08BAR provides 18 gallons of hot water at the point of use, delivering hot water exactly where you need it.

Simply install this point of use hot water tank where hot water is needed, whether that is the shed or cabin, laundry room, small office bathroom or kitchen sink or in a workshop. This space-saving unit is small and offers side water and drain connections and a top T&P valve connection. The GE20P08BAR is 25-3/4"h x 19-3/10"w x 19-1/4"d. It is a floor mounted unit, for indoor installation only.

Easily adjust the temperature with a simple turn of a knob located on the front of the unit behind a solid jacket. This unit comes with a factory pre-set temperature of 125°F and temperature adjustable from 70°F - 140°F. To change the temperature, remove the jacket on the front of your heater and adjust the dial as necessary. Inside, it has a stainless steel heating element which will provide reliable heat and resist rust and corrosion. It can also be used as a hot water booster when used inline with your main hot water heater. This is a great option for secondary powder rooms or washing machines that often requiring longer pipe runs from your hot water source.
