The King K-Series baseboard heaters are easy to install and attractive to look at. It is available in a smooth, baked enamel, bright white finish with rounded edges for safety. Baseboard heaters can be added to any room where heating may be an issue. Additionally, if your have done a renovation and cannot hook up the room to your home heating system, an electric baseboard heater is a great solution. It installs right onto a wall so there is no more tripping over an unsightly, and often times unsafe, space heater or portable heater in the middle of your room.
The 3K2407BW is 3 feet long and uses 208/240 volt electricity. It will provide 570/750 watts of electric heat, depending on the voltage coming into your space. This is a great option when adding electric heat to a small den or bedroom. It uses convection heat, taking room air in from the bottom, lower front of the unit and discharging it from the top front. And it can be wired on either the right or left side. The junction box (at both ends) includes five 1/2" knockouts on the back, bottom and side.
Electric baseboard heaters offer quiet operation, making it a great solution for installation in any room. To protect the unit from overheating, the SureStop high temperature-limit feature shuts power off to the heater in an abnormal event.

Installation of the K Series Baseboard Heaters require a thermostat (sold separately). Your choice of single pole thermostat or double pole thermostat is available. Both thermostats flexible hook-up for installation on either the left or right end of the baseboard heater. A single pole thermostat features settings from low to high with no actual "off". If the thermostat is set at the lowest point and the temperature falls below that, the heater will go on. A double pole thermostat has an actual "off" setting. When the thermostat is set to off, the heater will not turn on regardless of the room temperature. This is a great safety option, but the choice is ultimately yours!
