The King Electric multi-watt toe kick heater is the heater you never knew you needed! At only 3-1/2" tall, it tucks in neatly under your kitchen or even bathroom cabinets, eliminating the need to fit a full baseboard heater into your space. Additionally, it can be installed in a cabinet, cabin or boat - wherever you need some heat but didn't think it would fit. It is virtually unseen. Since it is installed at the floor level, you will be comfortable from your toes up! It has a NiChrome open coil element for quick heat transfer and uses a squirrel cage blower. It is a horizontal only installation and air is pulled in on one side and discharged out the other.
The KT-MW series is factory wired for the maximum wattage of 1500 Watts for high. Because it is a field adjustable, multi-wattage unit, you can configure wires to give you options including 250, 500, 750, 1000, 1250 or 1500 watts. Before installing your heater, simply decide on the wattage you want for your room and easily connect/disconnect the appropriate wire(s) for the desired wattages. Typically, smaller spaces would not require the 1500 Watts.
It also has a durable, powder-coated finished grille. The KT-MW also features King's Patented Smart Limit Protection (SLP). If anything is blocking the heater, the SLP senses it and will shut down the heater. Clearance in front of this heater is 9 inches.
The KT2415-MW is also available with a factory installed double pole thermostat kit. The addition of a small knob on the front grille gives you easy access to temperature control without adding a wall thermostat. Conversely, a wall thermostat is available (sold separately) and can be installed to operate this heater. Each heater does require its own thermostat to operate. Make your selection at the time of purchase.

The KT2415-MW uses 208/240 volt electricity. Dual rated heaters will draw 13% less amps and 25% less wattage when operated at 208V. Specifications reflect 240V usage. This heater is also available in 120V (KT1215-MW) in white or black. A factory installed single pole thermostat is available with that unit. While the KT-MW series is a great option for your horizontal installation, the KTW (KTW1215-HLS-RG) series offers horizontal and vertical installation options as well as a hi/lo switch for additional heating options.
