A door switch makes using your air curtain easy and efficient. By adding a door switch, your air curtain can turn on and off automatically when your door opens and closes.
The commercial, surface-mounted reed switch does not include a time delay. It can be used for motors up to 1HP. When used with Unheated Air Curtains (Non-electric heating) a control panel is required. If it is being used with a Heated Air Curtain, no additional control panel is needed.
Total Home Supply suggests that a switch is purchased with all air curtains.
