At 115 volts and 150,000 BTUs input /123,000 BTUs output, you can add the Modine PDP150AE0185 power vented heater to many commercial locations. It can be mounted up to 16 feet (from the bottom of the unit) high, and vented either vertically or horizontally. With a round vent pipe connection, the power exhauster can be rotated 180°.
Featuring 80% thermal efficiency, these unit heaters use a collector box and power exhauster for maximum seasonal efficiency. These units are designed to use the smallest diameter vent pipe possible. The Modine PDP units use a 100% shut-off, intermittent pilot-ignition system with continuous retry.
Standard features include a time delay relay which allows for the heat exchanger a warm up period so warm air can be expelled at the onset. The time-delay also keeps the motor running after the temperature is reached, allowing for removal of the residual heat from the heat exchanger.
Other standard features include:
- Low Voltage Terminal Board
- Control Step Down Transformer
- High Limit Switch: If the limit temperature is exceeded, the gas controls are de-energized until the switch is cooled
- Pressure Switch: A automatic reset vent pressure switch prevents operation if there is a problem detected in the venting. Once this problem is corrected the pressure switch will reset automatically
