Easy DIY Installation
The only do-it-yourself (DIY) mini split air conditioner available that's easy to install. The MRCOOL DIY Mini Split System is designed for a simple and quick installation for the DIYer in you. Once the system is delivered, installation should only take a few hours with no special tools required. This system features a cooling capacity of 36,000 BTUs and a 36,000 BTU heat pump. Note: We do not recommend this unit as a primary heat source in northern climates. It can cool approximately 1,500 sq. ft., suitable for rooms measuring about 35' x 43' or larger. With an 18 SEER and 12.0 HSPF rating, the MRCOOL 4th Generation Enhanced DIY mini splits include the new SmartController WiFi module for easier setup, improved functionality, and compatibility with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. Pro Cable and Line Set Installation Kits
Included with your MRCOOL Single Zone 4th Gen DIY Mini Split System is a 25-foot DIY Pro Cable, featuring crimped connectors and protective conduit covering for long-lasting use. This cable connects the outdoor condenser unit to the indoor unit. If you need more than the included 25 ft. line set, MRCOOL offers additional line sets and couplers to extend up to 75 ft., the maximum allowable length for DIY systems. Line sets come fully charged with R410A refrigerant, and each "Line Set Install Kit" over 25 ft. includes the necessary couplers.

Durable Outdoor Condenser
The outdoor condenser features a Gold Fin finish to resist corrosion. The system includes a variable 4-speed compressor with inverter technology, operating in cooling mode down to 5°F—ideal for server rooms and greenhouses needing year-round cooling. It also operates in heating mode down to 5°F.
Reliable Operation
The system features auto-restart in the event of a power failure, automatically resuming operation once power is restored. The WiFi App allows complete control from anywhere with a connection, compatible with Android and Apple smartphones or tablets.

Additional Features
- Low Ambient Cooling to 5°F: Perfect for server rooms, greenhouses, or other year-round cooling applications.
- Sleep Mode: Automatically adjusts temperature to maximize comfort during sleep. In COOL mode, increases temperature by 2°F after 1 hour and another 2°F after another hour. In HEAT mode, decreases temperature by 2°F after 1 hour and another 2°F after another hour. After 7 hours in Sleep mode, the system switches off automatically.
- Auto Cool: Automatically manages cooling settings.

Product Warranty
The unit comes standard with a 5 Year Parts/7 Year Compressor Warranty and is available with a Limited Lifetime Compressor Warranty with certain conditions/requirements.
The Limited Lifetime Compressor Warranty & the 7 Year Unit Replacement Warranty covers the unit ONLY in the event of compressor failure. In order to qualify for the Limited Lifetime Compressor Warranty, the unit must be registered at the web address (https://mrcool.com/warranty/) within 60 days of the installation date AND the original, registered owner must also enroll in the MrCool Care Program within 4 months from the installation date, which has an biannual fee to be covered by the owner. The MrCool Care Program is designed to provide the owner with a Do-It-Yourself cleaning kit to service/clean the unit at regular intervals (biannually) as preventative maintenance to help ensure the unit will continue to function properly throughout its lifespan.
