Real Fyre vent free gas logs offer the comfort and ambiance of a fireplace without the need for a chimney and feature realistic flame patterns. The Valley Oak log set is ideal for smaller fireplaces, such as in an older home or even a condo.
The Valley Oak set, is paired with the G8E burner. The G8E vent free burner features 9,500 BTUs, is approved for use in bathrooms and bedrooms (where allowed by law) and includes a decorative log front panel to enhance the realistic look of your fireplace. It is an ANSI certified burner and includes an ODS safety system, custom grate and connector kit.
9500 BTU, Bedroom Approved, Valley Oak Log Sets are available in your choice of size. Burners are available in choice of fuel type and burner valve type - either manual or with an on/off remote and standing pilot. Log set sizes include 16, 20 and 24 inch (VO8E-16, VO8E-20, VO8E-24). Each log set, regardless of size, includes 7 log pieces. Peterson gas logs are environmentally friendly, drastically reducing pollutants being released into the air. They are the cleanest, most economical and most convenient alternative to burning real wood.
For standard installation (not bedroom rated) the G8E burner is available with either a manual control valve in natural gas (G8E-16/20/24RN) or propane (G8E-16/20/24RP) or with an on/off remote (natural gas - G8E-16/20/24-12RN or propane - G8E-16/20/24-12RP).
Peterson log sets are manufactured from superior materials and are beautiful, realistic, reliable and efficient and are hand crafted. The manual burner system features a spark ignition (Piezo) which allows lighting of the pilot without matches and permits operation of the appliance during a power outage. The G8E-R12 burner includes an on/off remote and standing pilot. It is rated for vent free us at a maximum elevation of 3500 feet. This burner and log set may be installed in an aftermarket, permanently located, manufactured (mobile) home where not prohibited by local codes.
