The 104000285 is a freeze protection drain down kit for your Rinnai Sensei Tankless Water Heaters. Sensei Series water heaters include RU160e, RU180e and RU199e as well as RUR160e and RUR199e. It is for outdoor use in cold regions. When there is a power failure the valves with shut off the cold water and drain your tankless water heater to help protect the heat exchanger.
