Rinnai EX11DT 11000 BTU EnergySaver Direct Vent Wall Furnace

​This direct-vent wall furnace is 11,000 BTUs and is a great source of heat for small-to-medium sized rooms in most of the the country. Direct Vent furnaces can be installed almost anywhere along an outside wall. The EX11DT offers several venting installation options. Located on top of the unit, the EX11DT features a built-in, programmable thermostat. It has 2 timer settings. Additionally, it can be connected to a WiFi enabled thermostat for flexibility in your comfort control when you are away from home or just in a different room! And, don't worry if there is a power failure while your system is on, the appliance will shut off the gas and once power is restored, this unit will re-start automatically.

The EnergySaver Direct Vent Wall Furnaces feature modulating technology to optimize the efficiency of the unit. It offers just the right amount of heat at any given moment by constantly monitoring the room temperature and detecting temperature fluctuations. Room temperature is monitored 2" from the floor and detects temperature changes of less then 1°F. If a door opens and a sudden gush of cold air rushes into the room, the furnace automatically adjusts the fan speed and BTUs to restore the room back to its set temperature quickly.

The 1.5 pint, enamel-coated, built-in humidifier tray is located on the bottom front of the unit for easy access. As warm air passes over the water in the tray it is humidified. This helps make the warm air you are breathing a little less dry!

It is recommended that you allow for 40 inches of clearance in front of the unit and 10 inches from the top and sides to allow for easy maintenance and service access.
