Your Watchdog Dehumidifier can be controlled with an optional remote accessory. Simply connect your dehumidifier to the 25 foot CAT 5 cable. The remote control contains an integrated sensor which gives you multiple options for remotely controlling your unit, in addition to monitoring the conditions surrounding the dehumidifier. For example, if your dehumidifier is located in your crawl space or other difficult to reach space, install the sensor on the unit and mount the controller in any other easily accessible space such as your living room or hallway.
The WatchDog Remote Control package includes both the WatchDog Remote and 25’ of CAT-5 cable.
