The Simplifire 36" Built-In Electric Fireplace is a versatile and aesthetically pleasing addition to any home. It offers a realistic flame effect, customizable heat settings, and easy installation. Whether you have an existing fireplace or are looking to create a new one, this unit provides a convenient and efficient way to enjoy the ambiance of a traditional fireplace without the hassle of wood.
Adding an electric fireplace to your existing masonry fireplace will enhance your room and add ambience you never knew was missing! The Simplifire Built-In Fireplace features a detailed masonry-style interior and a textured log set. It includes a full function remote control. The fireplace operates with or without heat and includes four flame effects, thermostatic control and a timer. If you think you are gonna doze off while enjoying your electric fireplace the time can be set from 1/2 hour up to 9 hours in 1 hour increments. Like the name says - fire made simple!
The Simplifire 36" built-in fireplace can be framed into a wall or installed into a pre-existing fireplace. Everything you need is included in the box for installation into an existing fireplace. Front facing installation requires 38"w x 11-5/8"d. The height for 120V is 33-11/16" while the height requirement for 240V is 35-11/16". Pre-construction installation (or any installation) on a sub-floor requires additional height to accommodate finished flooring thickness. This unit can also be installed in a corner installation with additional framing dimensions. See installation instructions for more detailed instructions. A front, black trim (SF-EF36-BK) is available (sold separately). Adding a front trim creates a 2" overhang to help cover drywall transitions. This will make for a more finished look to your installation.
A 120V power supply cord is included for plug-in use, but can also be hardwired either as 120V or 240V. When hardwired to a 240V supply, a minimum of 2" above the top of the firebox is required. The Simplifire built-in fireplace will operate with or without the flame. The firebox itself measures 37"w x 31-7/32"h x 11-5/8"d with a beautiful, large, clear 34-1/4" x 27-1/4" viewing area. It can be direct wired into 120V or 240V, 15 amp dedicated circuit. It can also be operated manually from the front panel or with the included multi-function remote. With so many innovative features, you will wonder why you never had an electric fireplace before!
The Simplifire 36" built-in fireplace features a large viewing area with a tight, flush finish for a clean look. The included remote offers intuitive, multifunction control at your fingertips. With an electric fireplace such as the SF-BI30-EB you can be enjoying the ambiance of a fire year-round, with or without heat. While the fireplace provides supplemental heat, it is not intended as a primary heat source. It is best used to create a cozy atmosphere and provide additional warmth on cool days. The fireplace offers 5,000 BTUs (120V) or 10,000 BTUs (240V), depending on choice of power input and you will never need to replace the bulbs thanks to LED flame technology.
