The White Mountain Hearth Pioneer Log Set is a beautiful refractory set of 11 logs. This log set is made specifically for use with the 24" or 30" Elite Radiant Vented Burner. The natural looking stack of this log set allows for beautiful flickering and dancing flames through the logs for a natural looking fire. 

In a vented installation, the installer must block the fireplace damper partially open. A special flue-damper clamp is included with burner. Installation in a vented application is for decorative use only.
 

An Elite Radiant Vented Burner is required for the Pioneer Log Set.

  • Eleven piece log set
  • Log sets are hand painted
  • Must be installed in an existing wood-burning fireplace equipped with a gas line, with the damper open
  • Choose from several Elite Radiant Vented Burner/Valves:
    • Match Light Burner -  Valve kits are available separately - BFL2124MTN or BFL30MTN
    • Manual Valve Burner - Will not work with ANY remotes or on/off switches - BFM2124MTN or BFM30MTN 
    • Millivolt Valve - Specific on/off remote and switches are available separately - BFR2124MTN or BFR30MTN 
    • Millivolt Valve with Hi/Lo Remote included - Will not work with other remotes or on/off switches - BFR2124RN or BFR30RN
    • Intermittent Pilot with Variable Remote included - Will not work with other remotes or on/off switches - BFE2124MTN or BFE30MTN
  • Model specific conversion kits from natural gas to liquid propane are available

This burner is intended to be installed in an approved, existing, fully vented wood-burning fireplace equipped with a gas hook-up. It is certified for use in an existing fireplace with an open damper flue equipped with a damper clamp (included with burner) to keep the damper from accidentally closing during use. Vented systems do not burn the gas used cleanly and therefore need to be exhausted through an open chimney - similar to burning wood. A vented burner is not convertible to vent-free operation.
 
A vented burner is only rated as a decorative system and is not for use as a heat source and cannot be operated by a thermostat. 

A licensed gas technician is required for installation of this product. This appliance may be installed in an aftermarket permanently located, manufactured (mobile) home, where not prohibited by local codes. Please check your local regulations as some areas may require inspection after installation of gas products. It is highly recommended that you use your own gas technician or gas provider for any repairs.
