Gas logs are a "No Mess, No Fuss" option for your fireplace. Gas logs eliminate the need to haul heavy, dirty wood logs in from the outside, giving you a beautiful fire with a simple push of a button or flick of a switch.
The Bedroom Rated Whiskey River Log Set is a complete log set package that includes the logs and burner with your choice of fuel type. The beautifully hand-crafted ceramic fiber logs allow for a realistic, straight from the woods feel while flames dance between and behind the logs. A ventless log set is a great supplemental heat source and are about 99% efficient. Perhaps best of all, the Whiskey River Log Set requires a minimum firebox depth of only 12", regardless of the log set size you choose. The White Mount Hearth Vent Free Burners are approved for use in any certified vent-free firebox.
Bedroom Rated Whiskey River log/burner combination is available in 18" and includes 5 logs. The VFDR Burner/Log Set is available in either Natural Gas (VFDR18LBW10N) or Liquid Propane (VFDR18LBW10P). Each burner includes an Oxygen Depletion System (ODS) to quickly shut off the gas if the room oxygen levels drop to unsafe levels.
The VFDR Millivolt Burner (Remote Available, Not Included) - uses Piezo Ignitor Button - Remote-Ready (Available Remotes / Thermostats - sold separately). The bedroom rated burner features 10,000 BTU for use in bedroom installations (VFDR18LBW10N and VFDR18LBW10P) where allowable by code. If you are looking for ambiance without heat, the Millivolt (VFDR) can be used in a Vented Application without heat as a decorative appliance only. The fireplace damper must be blocked partially open (damper clamp included) and cannot be operated with a thermostat.
The Whiskey River Refractory Log Set will include the logs and grate (with burner valve assembly chosen), glowing embers (rock wool) for burner coverage and installation screws.
